ARMILLA

£8,000.00

Armilla explores the mathematics of organic expansion, a nested logarithmic spiral suspended within a fractured spherical silhouette. Moving continuously inward toward a tight central core, broad burnished bronze ribbons weave through weathered, cavernous bands saturated in multi stage cupric patina. The jagged, vesicular edges capture the aesthetic of tidal erosion and deep time, setting up a sharp visual tension against the sweeping, polished faces. Grounded on an architectural bronze plinth, the sculpture offers a layered composition of overlapping voids that shifts continuously with every step around it.
