Shipping & Returns
Studio Dispatch & Packaging
All artwork is prepared and packaged directly at the North Norfolk studio. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the studio to process and pack before your order is dispatched.
To protect the structural integrity of the artwork, all drawings are shipped flat. They are secured in archival glassine, sandwiched between rigid protective boards and shipped in heavy duty reinforced mailers. We never roll our mixed media works.
Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped globally using fully tracked and insured delivery services to ensure the safe arrival of your artwork. Once your piece leaves the studio, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Buyers)
Please note that all international orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs at checkout.
The payment of any import fees remains the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Transit Damage
Because our Variable Editions and concept studies are limited, hand produced artworks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact the studio at jack@jackeagan.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the artwork itself so the issue can be resolved with the courier immediately.
